Were do you ship to?

-At this time we are only shipping to the US.

How much are your shipping costs?

-We charge you the same postage as what you could ship the same package for at the post office yourself. No more paying more for the shipping than your order subtotal. Our package size is based on weight and shipping cost increments are as follows:

Domestic: Either $3.39 or $4.11 for a first class package depending on weight, $6.65 for a flat rate Priority envelope, $7.15 for a small flat rate Priority box, $13.60 for a medium flat rate Priority box and $18.85 for a large flat rate Priority box.

All Domestic (US) packages, that's right, all US packages include deliver confirmation for free.

Are all your rings handmade?

-We use some sophisticated equipment to help us get you the best rings possible. Most our products are completely handmade in the USA. We do carry a few selections of rings that are not made in the USA.

How many rings should I order?

-Please order as many rings as you will need for a given project. Many times, wire will have slight material differences from batch to batch and will deviate
 slightly from batch to batch. Ordering enough for a given project ensure the closest matching rings.

Why do you use PayPal as a payment method?

-First and foremost, PayPal is the cheapest merchant account to use. Because this saves us money, we can pass that savings to you. PayPal does not require you to have an account to pay for products and takes all major credit cards as payment methods. At AJR we believe this offers you the customer a very secure way to pay for your order. If you have other questions about PayPal please feel free to contact us. We have also begun to use card processing on our site. Your card will be charged at the time of order and you will receive a email confirmation.

Will you do custom or large orders?

-YES! Send us a quick email and we will set something up that suits your needs!

Is there a wholesale option for repeat large orders?

-Yes. If you are a customer that is consistently making large orders, please contact us to discuss large volume pricing.
